The objective of the RFP is to engage a qualified and competent consultant at a reasonable and competitive price to complete the review for Pomona’s classification plan, salary and grade structure, and associated compensation for current employees in accordance with the Scope of Services. Other Details To participate in this RFP, interested parties must be registered as a “Prospective Bidder” within the City’s online bid system, PlanetBids. Registration can be accomplished by visiting the City’s website at www.ci.pomona.ca.us, click on “Business”; “Requests for Bids and Proposals”; then, click on “Bid Opportunities” to access the City of Pomona’s PlanetBids Vendor Portal. DO NOT REGISTER FOR THIS SOLICITATION THROUGH A THIRD PARTY. PROPOSERS MUST BE LISTED ON THE CITY OF POMONA'S "PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS LIST" IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. Notes Special Notices Per Section 2-971(2) of the Pomona City Code, any unauthorized contact by the Bidder during the bid process with an official or city employee, other than those shown on the bid, the Finance Director or Purchasing Manager, shall cause the Bidder to be immediately disqualified from participating in the bidding process.
