This solicitation, W912LP-17-Q-7219, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective 19 Jan 2017. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code is 336360 and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. Basis for award is low price. The Government intends to make a single award as a result of this solicitation; however, multiple awards may be made if determined to be in the Government's best interest. The following commercial item is requested in this solicitation:-0001: KC 135 pilot/co-pilot back and bottom muslin gel seat cushion with fabric and wool upholstery. Seat cushions will provide flotation capability in accordance with FAA TSO-C72C. All materials used in the construction of the seat cushions meet flammability requirements in accordance with FAA Regulations for Transport Category Aircraft,

Paragraph 25.853(b) and Appendix F, Part 1.--Quantity: 16 EACH-0002: KC 135 navigator/boomer back and bottom muslin gel seat cushion with fabric and wool upholstery. Seat cushions will provide flotation capability in accordance with FAA TSO-C72C. All materials used in the construction of the seat cushions meet flammability requirements in accordance with FAA Regulations for Transport Category Aircraft, Paragraph 25.853(b) and Appendix F, Part 1.--Quantity: 8 EACHSubmission Requirements: Vendors will submit quote in format of their own choosing.
