The City of Plano is soliciting sealed bids to establish a fixed-price one (1) year contract with three (3) City optional one (1) year renewals under the same terms and conditions for the purchase of traffic signal assemblies as specified below.
 
The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting specifications. The quantities are approximate, estimated annual quantities only, and not a commitment to buy any specific quantity. All orders will be placed as needed utilizing Contract Release Orders (“CRO”). All invoices must reference the City of Plano CRO number.
