Bid Comments:
The County of Santa Clara Health System (“County” and/or “Health System”) is seeking  statements of qualifications (“Responses”)  from qualified and experienced firms and/or individuals, hereafter (“Offerors”) to provide temporary therapists, technologists, and pharmacy staffing services, hereafter (“Health Provider”), for patients of the Health System.  
 
From the Qualified List, the Health System will identify a single or multiple number(s) of Offerors to contract with for the purposes of providing temporary Health Provider staffing services. The Health System will reserve the right to contract with Offerors on the Qualified List as needs are identified and may maintain the Qualified List for a period of five (5) years for that purpose. By being placed on the Qualified List, the Offeror is not guaranteed a contract.
 
The Offerors and the Health System will agree upon a scope of services outlining the rights and responsibilities of each party through a contract.


THIS RFSQ SOLICITATION REQUIRES ALL PROPOSALS TO BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH PERISCOPE HOLDINGS.  NO PAPER, EMAIL OR FAX SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND MAY BE DEEMED NONRESPONSIVE.
