The City’s facilities assessment performed by Walker provided recommendation for immediate repairs based on potential life safety issues. This RFP is soliciting professional services for the improvements identified as Immediate Repairs and recommended for the first two years (FY23-24, FY24-25); a summary list of improvements is provided as Attachment A to this RFP, consultant is responsible for the review of Walker reports for background and understanding of the listed items. The consultant will provide professional services for the investigation and developing of comprehensive design, construction documents, and strategic plan for the Immediate Repairs for City Hall and Parking Structure as outlined on this RFP and described in the Walker reports.
