Certified public accountants and other consultants who wish to provide audit, accounting and other examination related services primarily for the examination of captive insurance companies licensed by the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Hawaii Insurance Division, Captive Insurance Branch, are invited to apply. Interested certified public accountants and/or certified accounting firms must have a permit to practice in the State of Hawaii.
