Ripon is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to be its first full-time Parks and Recreation Director. The Director position is newly created in the 2023 city budget and is the result of recommendations in our 2022 Parks Master Planning. The ideal candidate is an individual willing to build the city's Parks and Rec programming, be an advocate for our parks, and implement strategic parks projects as recommended in our Master Plan and Community Outdoor Recreation Plan.
