The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Horticulture Occupational Training Program Services for the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Carswell, located in Fort Worth, Texas.   The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611210 – Junior Colleges (Size Standard: $22,000,000).  This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of one year base period with four one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government.All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policy and regulations.  The contractor will provide services in accordance to the Statement of Work. The
Government anticipates requiring the provision of 15 students per 3 semesters per year for the provision of Horticulture Occupational Training Program.The solicitation will be made available on or about July 6, 2020, and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.Beta.SAM@.gov . Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
