The DNR is seeking to purchase OrniTrack-50 Solar Powered GPS-GSM Transmitters or a State of Iowa approved equivalent. The Ornitela OrniTrack-50 is intended to illustrate the general characteristics of the solar powered GPS/GPM transmitters needed and not meant to limit competition. All equivalents must provide detailed specifications with their quote. Any deviations to the attached specifications must be noted next to the specification listed by either handwriting or inserting a comment next to it. The DNR reserves the right to determine if the deviations are acceptable. Vendors must be authorized to extend manufacturer’s warranties.
