Historic Courthouse West Ramp and Stairs Project

INVITATION FOR BID The Board of Pueblo County Commissioners is seeking competitive bids for the following work: Historic Courthouse West Ramp and Stairs Project SCOPE OF WORK - The project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of existing concrete and granite slabs, retaining granite; Install new stairs and ramp to the west doors of the Historic Pueblo County Courthouse. Contract time: 120 Days Bids will be received: at: Pueblo County Purchasing Division 215 W. 10th Street, Room 14 Pueblo, Colorado 81003 Until: September 19, 2023, 2:00 P.M. MT (our clock) Bidders will submit their bid electronically to purchasing@pueblocounty.us. Sealed bids may be submitted via U.S. Mail or Currier to the Pueblo County Purchasing Division at the address listed above. Bidders wishing to hand-deliver their sealed bid, must call the Pueblo County Purchasing Division at (719) 583-6097 to schedule an appointment prior to delivering

their bid. The subject line of the email must read: “Sealed Bid, IFB No. 23-40 - Historic Courthouse West Ramp and Stairs Project”. A non-mandatory pre-bid walk-thru will take place on August 24 at 10:00 a.m. MT. Potential bidders will meet at: Pueblo County Facilities 215 W. 10th St. Pueblo, CO 81004. Certificates of insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. To be eligible to bid, bidder must obtain all bid documents from the Pueblo County Purchasing Division via e-mail at purchasing@pueblocounty.us. Those wishing to obtain bidding document(s) directly from the office of the Pueblo County Purchasing Division, must first call (719) 583-6097 to schedule an appointment to do so. Bids which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered, and any bid so received after the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the submitting firm unopened. For electronically submitted bids, the date and time listed in the Outlook Inbox for the above-referenced email address will be the official date and time of when a bid was received.
