Description: TOWN OF NORMAL11 Uptown CircleNormal, Illinois 61761Project Bid Form BID CALL: The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following: Building Envelope Repair and Maintenance Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked " Building Envelope Repair and Maintenance" with the time and date of the opening, which will be May 23, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall. Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on May 4, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. beginning at 305 Pine St, thence proceeding to 1301 S. Fell Avenue, and 202 W. College. Subsequent site visits will be permitted but bidders shall give notice the day prior. No staff will attend or answer questions during subsequent site visits. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening. State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normalil.gov on April 27, 2023. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
