Project No. Various/Various STATE OF ALASKADEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC FACILITIESSTATEWIDE DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES DIVISION SOUTHCOAST REGION NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Cultural Resource Management- Term Agreement RFP Number 25233013 The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional services to preconstruction environmental document preparation and construction planning to comply with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), Alaska State Statute AS 41.35.070, Preservation of Historic, Prehistoric, and Archaeological Resources Threatened by Public Construction and DOT&PF’s Cultural Resource Management (CRM) Program. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is from January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2025. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $200,000-$250,000. The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be
available November 28, 2022 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, AK 99801-7999. Persons residing outside the City & Borough of Juneau may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 465-4420. Walk-in and telephone service is available during the hours of 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday . Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than December 19, 2022, 4:00 PM prevailing time. Please be advised that none of the courier services (Fed-EX, UPS, etc.) provide overnight service to or from Juneau. Please allow at least 2 to 3 business days for receipt of expedited packages.
