NOTICE TO BIDDERS Monday, September 11, 2023 The City of Parkville, Missouri is seeking sealed bids for the design and construction of the following: GATEWAY PARK Sealed bids will be received by the City of Parkville, Missouri, 8880 Clark Avenue, Parkville Missouri, 64152, Attn: Bonnie Buckmaster, Public Works Dept. Asst. until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 3, 2023. Deliveries shall be made to Bonnie Buckmaster, Public Dept. Asst. at City Hall in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked on the exterior as “BID PROPOSAL – GATEWAY PARK”. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at approximately 10:05 a.m. in the Public Works Conference of City Hall. The work generally includes: Scope A new park at the SE corner of Highway 9 and NW 62nd Street in Parkville, MO. The work consists of (but not limited to) site grading, new concrete sidewalks and stairs with metal handrails, installation of an owner-provided drinking fountain and decorative light pole. Alternate #1 work, as indicated on

the drawings, includes the installation of a gravel trail and concrete ADA-compliant parking space. A complete set of bidding documents may be viewed and purchased at the following locations, beginning Monday, September 11, 2023.
