Proposals will be received from pre-qualified contractors on GCLBA’s Bidder’s List at GCLBA main office located at 452 S. Saginaw St, 2nd Floor, Flint, MI 48502, until 3:00 pm on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. Envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked with the bid number. The bid documents can be found at
