Work at Winchester Center Commuter Rail Station, located in Winchester Massachusetts along the Lowell
Commuter Rail Line includes, but is not limited to; demolition of existing station features, construction of two high
level Fiber Reinforced Polymer platforms (FRP) of 720 and 732 feet in length with detectable warning tactile strips,
steel canopies, elevators, ramps, stairways, railings, platform lighting systems, variable message sign
system, video security system, video monitors, signage, benches, trash receptacles, sidewalks, lighting
systems, communications systems, landscaping, emergency generating power systems and other features as
shown in more detail on the Contract
Commuter Rail Line includes, but is not limited to; demolition of existing station features, construction of two high
