U.S. Embassy Tokyo – IDIQ Contract for Painting Services

This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for obtaining Painting Services for the U.S. Embassy Tokyo, Japan. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible offerors registered in SAM may submit an offer which will be considered.The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract.The U.S. Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
