The Vermont Fish & Wildlife Department is seeking to establish purchasing agreements with up to 11 companies that can provide for all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform a variety of earthwork and maintenance jobs (Site Work) at multiple locations throughout the State of Vermont. The contracted vendors will provide site work services (i.e. grading, excavating, placing gravel, tree removal, and miscellaneous heavy equipment and manual labor services). Work will occur at 200 owned and maintained Department fishing access areas and occasionally at some of the 100 wildlife management areas, as needed. The state is broken up into 11 different regions based on access area locations. Regions may have as few as 8 sites or as many as 32. Beyond annual site work, the contracted vendors may also be required to provide emergency services or small ramp repair projects, as needed. Each contract may be up to $150,000 for a 2-year period.
