This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached.  Solicitation W50S9H-21-Q-0004 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-03, dated 02-16-2021. This requirement is set-aside 100% Small Business.
