Scope The City of Shawnee / Shawnee Municipal Authority has prequalified prime contractors for their upcoming Wastewater System Improvements project. The prequalified Prime Contractors are as follows: PRIME CONTRACTORS Crossland Heavy Contractors, Edmond, OK Downey Contracting, LLC, Oklahoma City, OK MWH Constructors, Inc, Broomfield, CO Oscar Renda Contracting, Inc, Grapevine, TX Thalle Construction Co, Inc, Hillsborough, NC Wynn Construction Co, Inc, Oklahoma City, OK A portion of the scope of work that is included in the prime contract is 48,000’ of 24” HDPE and 5,000’ of 30” HDPE including large diameter boring. Subcontractors desiring to submit a bid to the Prime Contractors for the scope must have the financial resources, technical expertise,

experience, an exemplary safety record, a satisfactory record of past performance, and the ability to build the project in accordance with ODEQ Permit requirements, OWRB funding requirements, and in compliance with the Federal and State laws. These documents are used as the basis for prequalifying contractors with respect to this scope. The City reserves the right to check other available sources in addition to the submitted information. Omission of requested information can result in automatic disqualification. All information provided will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. Each program questionnaire, and any other submitted pages, must be signed under penalty of perjury by an individual who has the legal authority to bind the Contractor on whose behalf that person is signing. If any information provided by a Contractor change, the Contractor must immediately notify the City and provide updated, accurate information in writing.
