The County of Santa Clara (“County”) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to conduct and provide the County with an After Action Report (“AAR”) and Improvement Plan (“IP”), concerning the County’s response and recovery efforts related to COVID-19, including tasks, milestones, deliverables, timeline, pay schedule, and end products. This electronic Request for Proposals ("eRFP") may result in a single or multiple awards. The anticipated contract period is twelve (12) months from April 1, 202 through March 31, 2023 with the option of up to one (1) year renewal option, unless terminated or otherwise amended.
