The acquisition approach for this project will be a Best Value Tradeoff RFP following FAR Part 15 procedures.Site Visit:The site visit is tentatively scheduled for late June 2023. More information regarding access and vetting will be provided within the solicitation.DO NOT submit requests for plans and specifications. See ‘Obtaining Solicitation Documents’ below.Project Description: Non-Kinetic (NKO) Parking Lot Construction, Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), Nebraska (NE).The parking lot project is located at Offutt Air Force Base, directly south of the airfield operations. This project is designed to construct a concrete parking lot to support

roughly 350 vehicles. This project will require minor grading, removal of existing light poles and trees, concrete pavement, electrical utility work for parking lot lighting, parking lot lighting, pavement striping, and installation of a passive cable barrier vehicle intrusion management system.
