The principal work to be performed under this contract consists of, but is not limited to, the following improvements within the eight (8) identified Operable Units (OU): demolish and remove

the structures and associated concrete and asphalt detailed in each of the eight (8) OUs. The OUs are in a flood plain; therefore, they are each treated as a separate project. No waste can be stockpiled prior to removal offsite, and waste cannot be intermingled between OUs.
