ENMAX 23-3029 RFPQ for General Contractor Services for the New ISOC Facility Project Description :ENMAX Power Corporation is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) to qualify safe, capable, qualified Contractors to act as the General Contractor for the construction of ENMAX’s new Integrated System Operations Center (ISOC) a new standalone building (anticipated two story- total approx. 35,000 sq ft). The planned facility features. • Dedicated information technology (“IT”) and operational technology (“OT”) equipment rooms. • Emergency response communications center. • Allocated space for future growth (space, power, technology, innovation). • Isolation capabilities for emergency and disaster events. • Advanced security capabilities for planned access and control. • Compliance with related governing standards and specifications for a post-disaster essential utility facility. • Main entrance and meeting area- shared space with access to the New ISOC; and • Training and Laboratory areas.
