Electric Line Technician (Journeyman)City of Lake Mills, WIThe purpose of this position is to serve a public power community and provide the skill to complete the diverse duties associated with the operation, construction, and maintenance of overhead and underground electric power facilities. Applicants must have completed an electric power distribution apprenticeship program, and earned journeyman status, and must have a valid driver’s license and have, or be able to obtain, a CDL license within six months of hire. This position requires the applicant to serve on-call duty on regular intervals, with the ability to respond to after-hour emergencies in less than 30 minutes. $39.00-$41.00/hour anticipated hourly wage based on qualifications and experience.
