The purpose of this contract is to provide assistance that will increase global competitiveness and intra-regional trade, and improve food security in Southern Africa.The delivery of targeted assistance under this contract will help the Southern Africa region, including Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) Member States, the private sector, and civil society organizations to realize advantages of greater regional and global trade linkages and export-oriented business development and in so doing, create opportunities for SADC Member States to export to the US under the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA).
