Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) Contracts Department at Camp Pendleton CA, 92055, intends to award a purchase order on a brand name basis to KeySight Technologies, Inc.The proposed contract action is for MATLAB software licenses, Part No. N6171A-M01 (5 EA), for which MCTSSA intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming.  The determination not to compete this contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
