The current employee population is fifty-two (52) with seventy-six (76) in budget. Due to future growth and expansion of service, SJRRC anticipates employee population to reach one hundred (100) or more between the contract term 2023 – 2028. SJRRC employees have the choice to “opt-out” of employer provided medical coverage with proof of other coverage. Employees also have the choice to opt out of employer provided dental and vision coverage. SJRRC is soliciting proposals from a fully qualified and experienced Employee Health Benefits Broker (Broker) to provide a full range of brokerage and consulting services to SJRRC in support of SJRRC’s health and welfare benefits program. Additional details and requirements are provided in Section 5 of this RFP. Other Details ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE DATE AND TIME STATED. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
