The proposed work would consist of the placement of new armor stone and resetting existing armor stone as needed along the north breakwater, reaches E and E-1. Additional work includes the placement of armor stone on the

harbor side of the north breakwater, reaches A, B and C as well as the placement of the armor stone on the harbor and lake side of reach D.
