Landscape Maintenance for Utility Department

The City of Bend Utility Department invites Sealed Bids for landscape maintenance services for 96 different landscaped facilities that include 17 landscape irrigation systems. Sites include the landscaping adjoining pump houses, wells, lift stations, stormwater swales and reservoirs. Landscape maintenance work includes, but is not limited to; mowing, pruning, thatching, fertilizing, weed control, trash pick-up, and general site maintenance. The awarded contract will be for one year with an option to extend for up to four additional
