WWTP SCADA System Upgrade

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests proposals from consulting firms to provide design build services for the City’s Waste Water Treatment Plant Phase I SCADA System Upgrade project.   Specifications and bid documents are available at no cost by emailing your request to Jackie Tayman ( jtayman@cityofbowie.org ).                Electronic (pdf) proposals will be received via email to Jackie Tayman at  jtayman@cityofbowie.org   until 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 29, 2021.  The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject all proposals.               A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Public Works Department, 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland.                 All questions or clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal shall be submitted by email to Jackie Tayman at  jtayman@cityofbowie.org .  Deadline for inquiries is 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 7, 2021.  Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued no later than Thursday, October 14, 2021 to all those who request the RFP.               The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a proposal.               For further information, contact Hong Yin at  hyin@cityofbowie.org  or 301-809-2337 or Jackie Tayman at 301-809-2332 or jtayman@cityofbowie.org
