PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE AIRPORT LAND: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 2, Block 200, consisting of approximately 15,000 square feet (ADA-51004), at South Naknek Airport for 55 years, to expire March 1, 2079. Applicant: Norse Flight, Inc. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of an aircraft hangar for aircraft storage, aircraft maintenance, air taxi operations, and cargo and freight handling. Annual rent: $1,860.00. Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., March 13, 2023, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
