Theresa Street Capacity Improvements

The City of Lincoln is requesting proposals for Theresa Street Capacity Improvements. The Consultant shall provide normal and customary design, final design, and construction phase services for work at the Theresa Street Water Resource Recovery Facility. About 40% of the design has been completed to add two additional Modified Ludzak-Ettinger (MLE) Aeration Basins and two Final Clarifiers on the Central Train. An additional concurrent phase includes design and construction to upgrade the Theresa Street Non-Potable Water Reuse system.
