EYNF Diesel & Gasoline

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, will be used.  A contractor may be eliminated from consideration without further exchanges if pricing proposals are not among those Offerors considered most advantageous to the Government.The Forest Service is requesting delivery services of Diesel for a 20Kw power generator, gasoline for field equipment, and a rental tank gasoline (160-gals). The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, services, administration, facilities, supplies, materials, delivery for diesel and gasoline fuel, and a gasoline tank with insurance to provide adequate and safe facilities, serviced on schedule and responsive to requests for servicing.This solicitation is 100% set-aside for total small businesses associated with NAICS 324110, size standard 1,500 employees.Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be one (1) year upon contract award with two (2) option years in accordance

with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation.This solicitation will result in a Firm Prospective Price Redetermination contract to a single offeror determined to be responsive and responsible. However, the Government reserves the right not to award a contract at all, depending on the quality of the proposals and prices submitted and the availability of funds.Rejection of Unreasonable Offers: The Government may reject any quote that is evaluated to be unreasonable in terms of program commitments, including contract terms and conditions, or unreasonably high or low in cost when compared to Government estimates, such that the quote is deemed to reflect an inherent lack of competence or failure to comprehend the complexity and risks of the program.Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the Offeror to meet all specifications and requirements. When submitting a quote it is very important that all offerors understand it is their responsibility to ensure they meet all requirements of the RFQ, not just those requirements stated in the specification such as terms and conditions, representations and certifications. The quote should not simply rephrase or restate the Government’s requirements, but rather shall provide substantiation as to how the offeror intends to meet the requirements. Offers will ONLY be accepted via e-mail. All other offers will be rejected.
