The WyomingDepartment of Environmental Quality, Solid and Hazardous Waste Division (Procuring Agency), through the Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, will be accepting Requests for Proposals for professional services in support of the Orphan Sites Remediation Program (OSPR) to provide site-specific clean-up services to eligible Brownfields sites within Wyoming. Project Description: The objective of this project is to provide site-specific clean-up services to eligible Brownfields sites within Wyoming. The successful Contractor shall be prepared to work with Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality Brownfields Assistance Program (WDEQ/BAP) to generate over-arching and site-specific Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs), clean-up work plans, implement those work plans, provide clean-up reports and closure documents, and other documents as required in the course of activities at various sites.
