This is a notification of an intent to award a small business procurement under NAICS code 511210 Software Publishers by Indian Health Service for a period of five (5) years under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and in accordance with FAR 52.237-3 Continuity of Services. Services provide a unique quality in that the services require integration of use with other systems for the allocation of supply resources and will not integrate with other current logistical infrastructure. The support services have been utilized for the last five (5) years. This service is for Material Management System for Supply Inventory Management Control Software for the Northern Navajo Medical Center in Polacca, Arizona.If you can provide the services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to michele.lodge@ihs.gov referencing notice
