Only one (1) proposal (submittal) will be accepted from each Proposer. This RFP may result in a single award. It is the County's intent to award a contract with an initial term of five (5) years with an option for the County to renew as may be required, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. The County will hold a pre-proposal conference on the date and time specified in Section III.A & C, Schedule of Events, of this RFP. A virtual teleconference line is also provided in this section. The pre-proposal conference is not mandatory; however, it is highly recommended to attend. THIS RFP SOLICITATION REQUIRES ALL PROPOSALS TO BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH PERISCOPE.
