The right is reserved to waive any or all informalities in, or to reject, any or all bids submitted and to make awards in the best interest of Camden County College. Prices are to be indicated for individual items and separate groups and that the College reserves the right to award contracts on either of these basis. PRICES QUOTED MUST INCLUDE ALL FREIGHT, HANDLING, AND/OR DELIVERY CHARGES. Bids must conform to the specifications and only approved qualified bids will be accepted. Persons or firms bidding on equipment that requires installation by the contractor are advised that those provisions of Chapter 150, Laws of 1963 (N.J. Prevailing Wage Act) will apply to and be part of all such contracts. Proposals must be made upon and in accordance with the form of bid accompanying the specifications. Bid security as provided in the specifications shall accompany each bid, if applicable.
