Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) is initiating upgrades for the Advanced Photon Source-Upgrade (APS-U) project, including one beam size monitor (BSM) beamline using the A:M1 source for optimal emittance measurements. The beamline has two relative beam size monitors (RBSM) for fast emittance/energy-spread measurements, one for the horizontal plane and the other for the vertical plane. During the commissioning of the APS-U Storage Ring, the horizontal beam size monitor will also be used to measure Key Performance Parameters (KPP).The APS-U requests the manufacturing of the various components necessary for the BSM beamline. This scope includes the fabrication per drawings (drawings provided by APS-U), Quality Control, Testing, Documentation, delivery/shipment of the components, and the appropriate documentation to APS-U by the key technical, material, quality, and acceptance
