Firm will design, provide, install, integrate, test and commission a Rail Dispatch Control System (RDCS) to dispatch and control CapMetro’s existing alignment along its 162 mile rail network, employing Central Traffic Control (CTC) on its own, or CTC overlaid with Enhanced Automatic Traffic Control (E-ATC) which provides Positive Train Control (PTC) in accordance with federal law.
