invitation to bid is to select a supplier to provide, deliver, and install a Rubrik Enterprise Backup and Disaster Recovery System or equal for Pinellas County School District’s Technology Information Systems and Data Department. The District’s intent is to secure firm, net pricing for the contract period as specified herein. These systems are located at the Largo Administration Building, and a secondary location is at Oak Grove Middle School. CONTRACT PERIOD The Contract Period shall commence on March 25, 2020, and end March 24, 2023. Prices and discounts shall remain firm for this period and shall include ALL freight and handling charges. CONTRACT VALUE For the purposes of calculating the amount of a protest bond, this three-year contract is valued at approximately $450,000.00 excluding renewal options. This is only an estimate and the actual amount could vary up or down. The district will not be held responsible if actual purchases are less than this amount. BID CONTENT & SUBMITTAL Three (3) complete copies (1 original, 1 copy & 1 electronic copy) of the bid proposal shall be submitted by respondents. Each bid proposal shall include all information and submittals required or requested in this bid. Incomplete bid proposals may be declared non-responsive. Please refer to the Submittal Checklist on page 22 for a list of required or requested submittals. AWARD The contract will be awarded all or none to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. RENEWAL OPTION By mutual consent of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida, and the successful bidder, this contract may be renewed for one(1) additional three (3) -year period as long as price increases do not exceed the rate of inflation determined by the Consumer Price Index for urban wage earners and clerical workers, U.S. city average, all items (1982- 84=100), published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics or any successor or substitute index appropriately
