The RFQ document is available for download at the County's website specified herein. The County invites interested firms to reply to this RFQ by submitting a responsive SOQ documenting the qualifications and experience of the firm and its staff. All SOQs must be received by the due date and time at the submittal location specified herein. Any SOQ received after the due date and time assigned will not be considered.
