The Contractor shall perform various construction maintenance tasks and immediate repairs as needed. Work may occur at any of the Port’s marine terminals or marine facilities. Work will be issued to the Contractor on an as-needed basis as discrete written task orders. The Port makes no guarantee of a certain minimum amount of work under this contract.
