CITY OF FITCHBURG23-014-D Design of Riverfront Park Stage MGL c. 7, §§ 44-58, Request for QualificationsThe City of Fitchburg invites qualification submittals for design and construction administration for the Riverfront Park Stage project.Qualifications packages will be received until September 6, 2022 at 11:00 am at the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, City Hall, 718 Main Street, Suite 208, Fitchburg, MA and at the designated time and place opened and recorded.This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 7 §§ 44-58, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive all informalities not involving cost, time, or changes in the scope of work.Specifications, Terms and Conditions and Forms may be obtained via the City’s website at www.fitchburgma.gov, under Current Solicitations.
