EDIT: The purpose of this amendment (0001) is to address Questions received from industry. The following changes are made effective by this action:a) Appendix A - Questions and Answers.b) Performance Work Statement - Revised to adjust for the Q&A clarifications.No further changes made. Offeror's shall sign and return acknowledgement of this amendment with their Price Proposal submission. An extension to the proposal deadline is not provided.This is an RFQ. Questions were due on Febuary 6, 2023 at 9:00am ET. The Contractor will be responsible for wide-spread recruitment of qualified candidates, providing multiple qualified candidates for the government's ultimate selection, replacement of members when necessary, and payment to public members for their service. The Department of State Office of Performance Evaluation estimates a need for approximately 30 Public Members per year. Depending on their caseload, the Boards can meet from four to nine weeks for a minimum of 40 hours per week during the Boards’ session period. Public members will be expected to be available and online during core business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or longer, if necessary. There may be other boards throughout the year for which GTM/PE would recall public members for additional board activities. Such boards could include, but are not limited to, the Department Senior Review Board, the Interagency Review Board, selection boards that are reconstituted to review a limited number of personnel files as a result of Department administrative error.All proposal questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Christopher L. Toso via email atTosoCL@state.gov within 10 calendar days after the solicitation issuance date in Block 6, by 9:00 AM, ET. All questions must be submitted using Appendix A - Q&A
