It is possible SCOE will award one contract to one Contractor to perform both services, or SCOE may award two separate contracts to two separate Contractors, with one Contractor performing design and fabrication services for the food truck and the other Contractor performing design and fabrications services for the concession trailer. Any contract issued as a result of this RFP does not guarantee any minimum amount of service or payment. A Bidder

shall not perform services at any SCOE location without the issuance of a signed contract. A Bidder will be compensated by SCOE for services satisfactory performed in accordance with contract requirements. SCOE will award this RFP to one or potentially two Bidders based upon the evaluation of proposals received.
