This ongoing notice acts as fulfillment of public synopsis & GPE posting requirements set forth in both FAR Part 5 & 13.501.Background:The mission of the USDA’s Forest Service Fire and Aviation Management Program Office, in partnership with the Incident Procurement Operations Branch (IPO), is to fulfill repetitive forecasted and unforeseen all-hazard incident needs on a

National basis by awarding appropriate procurement mechanisms that support the agency’s pre-season incident and at-incident (urgent& compelling) goals. These actions, within the assistance of the industry base, protects our communities and natural resources.
