The structure has been declared dangerous under the Jefferson City Code and the property was acquired by the Housing Authority of Jefferson City and subsequently transferred to the City of Jefferson. Capitol Structure Viewings”. The email should identify the structure(s) you wish to enter. All persons who enter into a structure shall be required to sign a waiver holding the City harmless from any injury or loss that may be sustained while in the building and attesting that person or person’s employer carries at least $1 million (aggregate) in general liability insurance and worker’s compensation insurance as required by law. No more than three people shall be allowed to enter a structure at a time. Some areas of the structure may be inaccessible. The City may reschedule viewing times in case of inclement weather.
