Conduct a SJSU Market Research and Brand Study among specific audience segments to create benchmarks and gain insights about awareness and perceptions; 2. Understand the practical and emotional motivations and experiences desired by adult learners who wish to complete their bachelor’s degree through online learning, and develop and test messages to assess resonance and differentiation versus other online education offerings; and, 3. Develop and test message variations of a value proposition for use with high school students, based on the university’s emphasis on experiential learning opportunities, to assess resonance and differentiation versus other universities/colleges in the consideration set. Proposals should be in accordance with the requirements, scope of work, terms, and conditions of this RFP.
