PROPOSE Dear Proposer, The City of Boise, Idaho, invites you to submit statement of qualifications (proposals) for RFQ2023-049 Homeownership Assistance Program Partnership. The scope of work: Department of Planning and Development Services, Housing and Community Development Division (HCD) Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to pre-qualify affordable homeownership developers and financers to refer income- qualified households to the City of Boise's Homeownership Assistance Program for federally funded homeowner assistance. It is estimated that the City will enter into an Agreement with one (1) or more consultants selected from this RFQ for one (1) year, with the possibility of up to four (4) one (1) year extensions. Proposals will be received electronically via the JAGGAER Platform. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposals received and to accept the proposal(s) that are in the best interest of the City. After uploading your Proposal, Proposers are encouraged to verify the successful upload of the document.  SIGN your electronic Proposal. Proposals without written signature will not be accepted.  ALL E-Bids must be submitted before the scheduled proposal opening.  In the event of a technology failure, the City reserves the right to accept all Proposals submitted and electronically time stamped prior to proposal opening.
