It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 4GB or higher. 3GB Potentially Emerging Enterprises who satisfy criteria stated in the Tender Data may submit Tender offers. Preferences are offered to tenderers who attain B-BBEE Procurement Recognition Level 1 - 4 Only tenderers who can demonstrate their ability to undertake the work and to

provide proof of experience, expertise and personnel to undertake work of this nature. Tenderers are required to score a minimum of 17 points out of a possible 24 points in order to be responsive.
